To: ALL
WHO HAVE EARS TO HEAR
From;
GOD THE FATHER, THE LORD JESUS CHRIST HIS SON and Ministered through the
HOLY SPIRIT OF GOD, The Helper, that He may be with you forever. [John 14:16]
Subject:
MY WORD
John 1:1–17 (NASB95) 1 In the beginning was
the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 He was
in the beginning with God. 3 All things came into being through Him,
and apart from Him nothing came into being that has come into being. 4
In Him was life, and the life was the
Light of men. 5 The Light shines in the darkness, and the darkness
did not comprehend it. 6 There came a man sent from God, whose
name was John. 7 He came as a witness, to testify about the Light, so that all might believe through him. 8
He was not the Light, but he came to testify about the Light. 9
There was the true Light which, coming into the world, enlightens every man.
10 He was in the world, and the world was made through Him, and the
world did not know Him. 11 He came to His own, and those who were
His own did not receive Him. 12 But as many as received Him, to them
He gave the right to become children of God, even to those who believe
in His name, 13 who were born, not of blood nor of the will of the
flesh nor of the will of man, but of God. 14 And the Word became
flesh, and dwelt among us, and we saw His glory, glory as of the only begotten
from the Father, full of grace and truth. 15 John testified about
Him and cried out, saying, “This was He of whom I said, ‘He who comes after me
has a higher rank than I, for He existed before me.’ ” 16 For of His
fullness we have all received, and grace upon grace. 17 For the Law
was given through Moses; grace and truth were realized through Jesus Christ.
Psalm 119:104–107 (The Living Bible)104 And since only your rules can give me wisdom and understanding, no
wonder I hate every false teaching. 105 Your words are a flashlight to light the path ahead of me and keep me
from stumbling. 106 I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again and
again: I will obey these wonderful laws of yours. 107 I am close
to death at the hands of my enemies; oh, give me back my life again, just as
you promised me.
Psalm 119:104–107 (AV) 104 Through thy
precepts I get understanding: therefore I hate every false way. 105 NUN.
Thy word is a lamp unto my feet,
and a light unto my path. 106 I have sworn, and I will perform
it, that I will keep thy righteous judgments. 107 I am afflicted
very much: quicken me, O LORD, according unto thy word.
Psalm 119:129–130 (AMP) 129 Your testimonies
are wonderful [far exceeding anything conceived by man]; therefore my
[penitent] self keeps them [hearing, receiving, loving, and obeying them]. 130
The entrance and unfolding of
Your words give light; their unfolding gives understanding (discernment and
comprehension) to the simple.
Proverbs 6:20–23 (AMP) 20 My son, keep your
father’s [God-given] commandment and forsake not the law of [God] your mother
[taught you]. 21 Bind them continually upon your heart and tie them
about your neck. 22 When you go, they [the words of your parents’
God] shall lead you; when you sleep, they shall keep you; and when you waken,
they shall talk with you. 23 For
the commandment is a lamp, and the whole teaching [of the law] is light, and reproofs of discipline
are the way of life,
John 3:16–21 (The Living Bible) 16 For
God loved the world so much that he gave his only Son so that anyone who
believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. 17 God did
not send his Son into the world to condemn it, but to save it. 18 “There
is no eternal doom awaiting those who trust him to save them. But those who
don’t trust him have already been tried and condemned for not believing in the
only Son of God. 19 Their
sentence is based on this fact: that the Light from heaven came into the world,
but they loved the darkness more than the Light, for their deeds were evil. 20
They hated the heavenly Light because they wanted to sin in the darkness. They
stayed away from that Light for fear their sins would be exposed and they would
be punished. 21 But those doing right come gladly to the Light to
let everyone see that they are doing what God wants them to.”
John 12:44–50 (NKJV) 44 Then Jesus cried
out and said, “He who believes in Me, believes not in Me but in Him who sent
Me. 45 And he who sees Me sees Him who sent Me. 46 I have come as a light into the
world, that whoever believes in Me should not abide in darkness. 47
And if anyone hears My words and does not believe, I do not judge him; for I
did not come to judge the world but to save the world. 48 He who
rejects Me, and does not receive My words, has that which judges him— the word
that I have spoken will judge him in the last day. 49 For I have not
spoken on My own authority; but the Father who sent Me gave Me a
command, what I should say and what I should speak. 50 And I know
that His command is everlasting life. Therefore, whatever I speak, just as the
Father has told Me, so I speak.”
2 Corinthians 4:5–6 (NKJV) 5 For we do not preach
ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord, and ourselves your bondservants for
Jesus’ sake. 6 For it is the
God who commanded light to shine out of darkness, who has shone in our hearts
to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of
Jesus Christ.
[Please Note: Always Read the Word of God in Context asking
the Holy Spirit of the Living God to give you the interpretation. 2 Peter 1:16–21 (Williams) 16 For it was not mere stories of fancy
that we followed when we told you of the power and coming of our Lord Jesus
Christ, but we had been eyewitnesses of His majesty. 17 For when He
received such honor and glory from God the Father, when from the majestic glory
there was borne to Him a voice like this, “This is my Son, my Beloved, in whom
I take delight.” 18 we heard this voice ourselves borne from heaven
while we were with Him on that sacred mountain. 19 So we have the
message of the prophets more certainly guaranteed. Please pay attention to this message as to a
lamp that is shining in a dismal place, until the day dawns and the morning
star rises in your hearts; 20 because you recognize this truth above
all else, that no prophecy in Scripture
is to be interpreted by one’s own mind, 21 for no prophecy has
ever yet originated in man’s will, but men who were led by the Holy Spirit
spoke from God.]
