God Has Made Him Both Lord And Christ, This Jesus Whom You Crucified

“Being therefore exalted at the right hand of God, and having received from the Father the promise of the Holy Spirit, he has poured out this that you yourselves are seeing and hearing. For David did not ascend into the heavens, but he himself says, “ ‘The Lord said to my Lord, “Sit at my right hand, until I make your enemies your footstool.” ’  Let all the house of Israel therefore know for certain that God Has Made Him Both Lord And Christ, This Jesus Whom You Crucified.”

To: ALL WHO HAVE EARS TO HEAR

From:  GOD THE FATHER, THE LORD JESUS CHRIST HIS SON and Ministered through the HOLY SPIRIT OF GOD, The Helper, that He may be with you forever. [John 14:16]

Subject:  MY WORD;   John 1:1 (NKJV)  1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.  John 1:14 (NKJV)  14 And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.

John 2:18–22 (ESV)  18 So the Jews said to him, “What sign do you show us for doing these things?” 19 Jesus answered them, “Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up.” 20 The Jews then said, “It has taken forty-six years to build this temple, and will you raise it up in three days?” 21 But he was speaking about the temple of his body. 22 When therefore he was raised from the dead, his disciples remembered that he had said this, and they believed the Scripture and the word that Jesus had spoken.

Matthew 26:59–61 (CJB)  59 The head cohanim and the whole Sanhedrin looked for some false evidence against Yeshua, so that they might put him to death. 60 But they didn’t find any, even though many liars came forward to give testimony. At last, however, two people came forward and said, 61 “This man said, ‘I can tear down God’s Temple and build it again in three days.’ ”

Matthew 27:39–40 (NASB95) 39And those passing by were hurling abuse at Him, wagging their heads 40    and saying, “You who are going to destroy the temple and rebuild it in three days, save Yourself! If You are the Son of God, come down from the cross.”

Mark 14:58 (NASB95) 58“We heard Him say, ‘I will destroy this temple made with hands, and in three days I will build another made without hands.’ ”

Mark 14:58 (The Living Bible) 58“We heard him say, ‘I will destroy this Temple made with human hands and in three days I will build another, made without human hands!’ ”

Matthew 12:40 (The Living Bible)  39-40But Jesus replied, “Only an evil, faithless nation would ask for further proof; and none will be given except what happened to Jonah the prophet! For as Jonah was in the great fish for three days and three nights, so I, the Messiah, shall be in the heart of the earth three days and three nights.

Acts 2:22–24 (NASB95) 22“Men of Israel, listen to these words: Jesus the Nazarene, a man attested to you by God with miracles and wonders and signs which God performed through Him in your midst, just as you yourselves know— 23 this Man, delivered over by the predetermined plan and foreknowledge of God, you nailed to a cross by the hands of godless men and put Him to death.  24But God raised Him up again, putting an end to the agony of death, since it was impossible for Him to be held in its power.

Acts 2:29–36 (ESV)  29 “Brothers, I may say to you with confidence about the patriarch David that he both died and was buried, and his tomb is with us to this day. 30 Being therefore a prophet, and knowing that God had sworn with an oath to him that he would set one of his descendants on his throne, 31 he foresaw and spoke about the resurrection of the Christ, that he was not abandoned to Hades, nor did his flesh see corruption. 32 This Jesus God raised up, and of that we all are witnesses. 33 Being therefore exalted at the right hand of God, and having received from the Father the promise of the Holy Spirit, he has poured out this that you yourselves are seeing and hearing. 34 For David did not ascend into the heavens, but he himself says, “ ‘The Lord said to my Lord, “Sit at my right hand, 35 until I make your enemies your footstool.” ’
36 Let all the house of Israel therefore know for certain that God has made him both Lord and Christ, this Jesus whom you crucified.”

Acts 7:51–56 (ESV)  51 “You stiff-necked people, uncircumcised in heart and ears, you always resist the Holy Spirit. As your fathers did, so do you. 52 Which of the prophets did your fathers not persecute? And they killed those who announced beforehand the coming of the Righteous One, whom you have now betrayed and murdered, 53 you who received the law as delivered by angels and did not keep it.”  54 Now when they heard these things they were enraged, and they ground their teeth at him. 55 But he, full of the Holy Spirit, gazed into heaven and saw the glory of God, and Jesus standing at the right hand of God. 56 And he said, “Behold, I see the heavens opened, and the Son of Man standing at the right hand of God.”

[Please Note:  Always Read the Word of God in Context, reading the entire chapter or book, asking the Holy Spirit of the Living God to give you the interpretation.   2 Peter 1:16–21 (Williams)   16  For it was not mere stories of fancy that we followed when we told you of the power and coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, but we had been eyewitnesses of His majesty. 17 For when He received such honor and glory from God the Father, when from the majestic glory there was borne to Him a voice like this, “This is my Son, my Beloved, in whom I take delight.” 18 we heard this voice ourselves borne from heaven while we were with Him on that sacred mountain. 19 So we have the message of the prophets more certainly guaranteed.  Please pay attention to this message as to a lamp that is shining in a dismal place, until the day dawns and the morning star rises in your hearts; 20 because you recognize this truth above all else, that no prophecy in Scripture is to be interpreted by one’s own mind, 21 for no prophecy has ever yet originated in man’s will, but men who were led by the Holy Spirit spoke from God.]

Philippians 2:9–11 (The Living Bible) 9 Yet it was because of this that God raised him up to the heights of heaven and gave him a name which is above every other name, 10 that at the name of Jesus every knee shall bow in heaven and on earth and under the earth, 11 and every tongue shall confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

Sing Out Your Praises To Our God, Our King

Sing Out Your Praises To Our God, Our King. Yes, sing your highest praises to our King, the King of all the earth. Sing thoughtful praises!   He reigns above the nations, sitting on his holy throne.”

Psalm 22:22–31 (The Living Bible)  22I will praise you to all my brothers; I will stand up before the congregation and testify of the wonderful things you have done. 23Praise the Lord, each one of you who fears him,” I will say. “Each of you must fear and reverence his name. Let all Israel sing his praises, 24for he has not despised my cries of deep despair; he has not turned and walked away. When I cried to him, he heard and came.”  25Yes, I will stand and praise you before all the people. I will publicly fulfill my vows in the presence of all who reverence your name.  26The poor shall eat and be satisfied; all who seek the Lord shall find him and shall praise his name. Their hearts shall rejoice with everlasting joy. 27The whole earth shall see it and return to the Lord; the people of every nation shall worship him. 28For the Lord is King and rules the nations. 29Both proud and humble together, all who are mortal—born to die—shall worship him. 30Our children too shall serve him, for they shall hear from us about the wonders of the Lord; 31generations yet unborn shall hear of all the miracles he did for us.

Psalm 47:1–9 (The Living Bible) 1Come, everyone, and clap for joy! Shout triumphant praises to the Lord! 2For the Lord, the God above all gods, is awesome beyond words; he is the great King of all the earth. 3He subdues the nations before us 4and will personally select his choicest blessings for his Jewish people—the very best for those he loves.  5God has ascended with a mighty shout, with trumpets blaring. 6-7Sing out your praises to our God, our King. Yes, sing your highest praises to our King, the King of all the earth. Sing thoughtful praises! 8He reigns above the nations, sitting on his holy throne. 9The Gentile rulers of the world have joined with us in praising him—praising the God of Abraham—for the battle shields of all the armies of the world are his trophies. He is highly honored everywhere.

Psalm 33:1–4 (CJB) 1 Rejoice in Adonai, you righteous! Praise is well-suited to the upright. 2 Give thanks to Adonai with the lyre, sing praises to him with a ten-stringed harp. 3 Sing to him a new song, make music at your best among shouts of joy. 4 For the word of Adonai is true, and all his work is trustworthy.

Psalm 150:1–3 (AMP) 1 PRAISE THE Lord! Praise God in His sanctuary; praise Him in the heavens of His power! 2 Praise Him for His mighty acts; praise Him according to the abundance of His greatness! 3 Praise Him with trumpet sound; praise Him with lute and harp!

1 Chronicles 16:35 (ESV  )35 Say also: “Save us, O God of our salvation, and gather and deliver us from among the nations, that we may give thanks to your holy name and glory in your praise.

Psalm 18:49 (NASB95)  49 Therefore I will give thanks to You among the nations, O Lord, And I will sing praises to Your name.

Psalm 106:1 (NASB95)1 Praise the Lord! Oh give thanks to the Lord, for He is good; For His lovingkindness is everlasting.
