Subject: MY WORD; John 1:1 (NKJV) 1 In the
beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. John 1:14 (NKJV) 14 And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us,
and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full
of grace and truth.
1 Chronicles 29:10–20 (NKJV) 10 Therefore David blessed the Lord
before all the assembly; and David said: “Blessed are You, Lord God of Israel, our Father, forever
and ever. 11 Yours, O Lord,
is the greatness, The power and the glory, The victory and the majesty;
For all that is in heaven and in earth is Yours; Yours is
the kingdom, O Lord, And You are
exalted as head over all. 12 Both riches and honor come from
You, And You reign over all. In Your hand is power and might; In Your
hand it is to make great And to give strength to all. 13 “Now

seen Your people, who are present here to offer willingly to You. 18
O Lord God of Abraham, Isaac, and
Israel, our fathers, keep this forever in the intent of the thoughts of the
heart of Your people, and fix their heart toward You. 19 And give my
son Solomon a loyal heart to keep Your commandments and Your testimonies and
Your statutes, to do all these things, and to build the temple for which
I have made provision.” 20 Then David said to all the assembly, “Now
bless the Lord your God.” So all
the assembly blessed the Lord God
of their fathers, and bowed their heads and prostrated themselves before the Lord and the king.
2 Chronicles 12:13–16 (AV) 13 So king Rehoboam strengthened himself in Jerusalem, and reigned:
for Rehoboam was one and forty years old when he began to reign, and he
reigned seventeen years in Jerusalem, the city which the LORD had chosen out of
all the tribes of Israel, to put his name there. And his mother’s name was

he did evil, because he prepared not his heart to seek the LORD. 15
Now the acts of Rehoboam, first and last, are they not written in the
book of Shemaiah the prophet, and of Iddo the seer concerning genealogies? And
there were wars between Rehoboam and Jeroboam continually. 16
And Rehoboam slept with his fathers, and was buried in the city of David: and
Abijah his son reigned in his stead.
Ezra 7:6–10 (AV) 6 This Ezra went up
from Babylon; and he was a ready scribe in the law of Moses, which the
LORD God of Israel had given: and the king granted him all his request,
according to the hand of the LORD his God upon him. 7 And there went
up some of the children of Israel, and of the priests, and the Levites,
and the singers, and the porters, and the Nethinims, unto Jerusalem, in the
seventh year of Artaxerxes the king. 8 And he came to Jerusalem in
the fifth month, which was in the seventh year of the king. 9
For upon the first day of the first month began he to go up from
Babylon, and on the first day of the fifth month came he to Jerusalem,
according to the good hand of his God upon him. 10 For Ezra had prepared his heart to seek the law of the
LORD, and to do it, and to teach in Israel statutes and judgments.
Psalm 53:1–3 (The Living Bible) 1 Only a fool would say to
himself, “There is no God.” And why does he say it? Because of his wicked heart, his dark and evil deeds. His life is
corroded with sin. 2 God looks down from heaven, searching among
all mankind to see if there is a single one who does right and really seeks for
God. 3 But all have turned their backs on him; they are filthy with
sin—corrupt and rotten through and through. Not one is good, not one!
Jeremiah 17:5–11 (NASB95) 5 Thus says the Lord, “Cursed is the man who trusts in
mankind And makes flesh his strength, And
whose heart turns away from the Lord.
6 “For he will be like a bush in the desert And will not see when
prosperity comes, But will live in stony wastes in the wilderness, A land of
salt without inhabitant. 7 “Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord And whose trust is the Lord. 8 “For he will be like
a tree planted by the water, That extends its roots by a stream And will not
fear when the heat comes; But its leaves will be green, And it will not be
anxious in a year of drought Nor cease to yield fruit. 9 “The heart is more deceitful than all else And is
desperately sick; Who can understand it? 10 “I, the Lord, search the heart, I test the mind,
Even to give to each man according to his ways, According to the results of his
deeds. 11 “As a partridge that hatches eggs which it has not
laid, So is he who makes a fortune, but unjustly; In the midst of his
days it will forsake him, And in the end he will be a fool.”
Matthew 5:8 (AMP) 8 Blessed (happy, enviably fortunate, and spiritually

heart, for they shall see God!
Matthew 6:19–24 (ESV) 19 “Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and
rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal, 20 but lay up for
yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys and where
thieves do not break in and steal. 21 For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also. 22
“The eye is the lamp of the body. So, if your eye is healthy, your whole body
will be full of light, 23 but if your eye is bad, your whole body
will be full of darkness. If then the light in you is darkness, how great is
the darkness! 24 “No one can serve two masters, for either he will
hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise
the other. You cannot serve God and money.

no prophecy in Scripture is to be interpreted by one’s own mind, 21
for no prophecy has ever yet originated in man’s will, but men who were led by
the Holy Spirit spoke from God.]
Philippians 2:9–11 (The Living
