“Blessed Is He Who Trusts In The Lord, Whose trust is the Lord alone.”
To: ALL WHO HAVE EARS TO HEAR
From: GOD THE FATHER, THE LORD JESUS CHRIST HIS SON and Ministered through the HOLY SPIRIT OF GOD, The Helper, that He may be with you forever. [John 14:16]
Subject: MY WORD; John 1:1 (NKJV) 1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. John 1:14 (NKJV) 14 And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.
Proverbs 3:1–6 (AMP) 1 MY SON, forget not my law or teaching, but let your heart keep my commandments; 2 For length of days and years of a life [worth living] and tranquility [inward and outward and continuing through old age till death], these shall they add to you. 3 Let not mercy and kindness [shutting out all hatred and selfishness] and truth [shutting out all deliberate hypocrisy or falsehood] forsake you; bind them about your neck, write them upon the tablet of your heart. 4 So shall you find favor, good understanding, and high esteem in the sight [or judgment] of God and man. 5 Lean on, trust in, and be confident in the Lord with all your heart and mind and do not rely on your own insight or understanding. 6 In all your ways know, recognize, and acknowledge Him, and He will direct and make straight and plain your paths.
Proverbs 3:4–6 (The Living Bible) 4 If you want favor with both God and man, and a reputation for good judgment and common sense, then trust the Lord completely; don’t ever trust yourself. 6 In everything you do, put God first, and he will direct you and crown your efforts with success.
Proverbs 3:3–6 (CJB) 3 Do not let grace and truth leave you— bind them around your neck; write them on the tablet of your heart. 4 Then you will win favor and esteem in the sight of God and of people. 5 Trust in Adonai with all your heart; do not rely on your own understanding. 6 In all your ways acknowledge him; then he will level your paths.
Proverbs 3:3–6 (Tanakh) 3 Let fidelity and steadfastness not leave you; Bind them about your throat, Write them on the tablet of your mind, 4 And you will find favor and approbation In the eyes of God and man. 5 Trust in the Lord with all your heart, And do not rely on your own understanding. 6 In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He will make your paths smooth.
Psalm 37:3–6 (AMP) 3 Trust (lean on, rely on, and be confident) in the Lord and do good; so shall you dwell in the land and feed surely on His faithfulness, and truly you shall be fed. 4 Delight yourself also in the Lord, and He will give you the desires and secret petitions of your heart. 5 Commit your way to the Lord [roll and repose each care of your load on Him]; trust (lean on, rely on, and be confident) also in Him and He will bring it to pass. 6 And He will make your uprightness and right standing with God go forth as the light, and your justice and right as [the shining sun of] the noonday.
Psalm 37:3–6 (The Living Bible) 3 Trust in the Lord instead. Be kind and good to others; then you will live safely here in the land and prosper, feeding in safety. 4 Be delighted with the Lord. Then he will give you all your heart’s desires. 5 Commit everything you do to the Lord. Trust him to help you do it, and he will. 6 Your innocence will be clear to everyone. He will vindicate you with the blazing light of justice shining down as from the noonday sun.
Psalm 62:8–9 (Tanakh) 8 I rely on God, my deliverance and glory, my rock of strength; in God is my refuge. 9 Trust in Him at all times, O people; pour out your hearts before Him; God is our refuge. Selah.
Psalm 115:9–11 (CJB) 9 Isra’el, trust in Adonai! He is their help and shield. 10 House of Aharon, trust in Adonai! He is their help and shield. 11 You who fear Adonai, trust in Adonai! He is their help and shield.
Isaiah 12:1–2 (AMP) 1 AND IN that day you will say, I will give thanks to You, O Lord; for though You were angry with me, Your anger has turned away, and You comfort me. 2 Behold, God, my salvation! I will trust and not be afraid, for the Lord God is my strength and song; yes, He has become my salvation.
Jeremiah 17:7 (Tanakh) 7 Blessed is he who trusts in the Lord, Whose trust is the Lord alone.
Proverbs 28:25–26 (NASB95) 25 An arrogant man stirs up strife, But he who trusts in the Lord will prosper. 26 He who trusts in his own heart is a fool, But he who walks wisely will be delivered.
1 Corinthians 3:18–20 (The Living Bible) 18 Stop fooling yourselves. If you count yourself above average in intelligence, as judged by this world’s standards, you had better put this all aside and be a fool rather than let it hold you back from the true wisdom from above. 19 For the wisdom of this world is foolishness to God. As it says in the book of Job, God uses man’s own brilliance to trap him; he stumbles over his own “wisdom” and falls. 20 And again, in the book of Psalms, we are told that the Lord knows full well how the human mind reasons and how foolish and futile it is.
Today is April 26, 2015. Please open your Bible and take the time to read Psalm Chapter 26:, uninterrupted. Ask the Holy Spirit of the Living God to teach you and give you His wisdom and understanding. Praise God!
[Please Note: Always Read the Word of God in Context, reading the entire chapter or book, asking the Holy Spirit of the Living God to give you the interpretation. 2 Peter 1:16–21 (Williams) 16 For it was not mere stories of fancy that we followed when we told you of the power and coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, but we had been eyewitnesses of His majesty. 17 For when He received such honor and glory from God the Father, when from the majestic glory there was borne to Him a voice like this, “This is my Son, my Beloved, in whom I take delight.” 18 we heard this voice ourselves borne from heaven while we were with Him on that sacred mountain. 19 So we have the message of the prophets more certainly guaranteed. Please pay attention to this message as to a lamp that is shining in a dismal place, until the day dawns and the morning star rises in your hearts; 20 because you recognize this truth above all else, that no prophecy in Scripture is to be interpreted by one’s own mind, 21 for no prophecy has ever yet originated in man’s will, but men who were led by the Holy Spirit spoke from God.]
Philippians 2:9–11 (The Living Bible) 9 Yet it was because of this that God raised him up to the heights of heaven and gave him a name which is above every other name, 10 that at the name of Jesus every knee shall bow in heaven and on earth and under the earth, 11 and every tongue shall confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
