“The man answered, “Why, this is an amazing thing! You do not know where he comes from, and yet he opened my eyes. 31 We know that God does not listen to sinners, but If Anyone Is A Worshiper Of God And Does His Will, God Listens To Him.”
To: ALL WHO HAVE EARS TO HEAR
From: GOD THE FATHER, THE LORD
JESUS CHRIST HIS SON and Ministered through the HOLY SPIRIT OF GOD, The Helper, that He may be
with you forever. [John 14:16]
Subject: MY WORD; John 1:1 (NKJV) 1 In the beginning was the Word,
and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. John 1:14 (NKJV) 14 And the Word became
flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only
begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.
John 9:24–34 (ESV) 24 So for the second time they called
the man who had been blind and said to him, “Give glory to God. We know that
this man is a sinner.” 25 He answered, “Whether he is a sinner I do
not know. One thing I do know, that
though I was blind, now I see.” 26 They said to him, “What did
he do to you? How did he open your eyes?” 27 He answered them, “I
have told you already, and you would not listen. Why do you want to hear it
again? Do you also want to become his disciples?” 28 And they
reviled him, saying, “You are his disciple, but we are disciples of Moses. 29
We know that God has spoken to Moses, but as for this man, we do not know where
he comes from.” 30 The man answered, “Why, this is an amazing thing! You do not know where he comes from, and
yet he opened my eyes. 31 We know that God does not listen to
sinners, but if anyone is a worshiper of God and does his will, God listens to
him. 32 Never since the world began has it been heard that
anyone opened the eyes of a man born blind. 33 If this man were not
from God, he could do nothing.” 34 They answered him, “You were born
in utter sin, and would you teach us?” And they cast him out.
John 9:31 (ESV) 31 We know that God
does not listen to sinners, but if
anyone is a worshiper of God and does his will, God listens to him.
John 9:31 (The Living Bible) 31 Well, God doesn’t listen to evil men,
but he has open ears to those who
worship him and do his will.
John 9:31 (AMP) 31 We know that God
does not listen to sinners; but if anyone is God-fearing and a worshiper of Him and does His will, He
listens to him.
John 4:19–26 (CJB) 19 “Sir, I can see
that you are a prophet,” the woman replied. 20 “Our fathers
worshipped on this mountain, but you people say that the place where one has to
worship is in Yerushalayim (Jerusalem).” 21 Yeshua (The Lord Jesus) said, “Lady, believe me,
the time is coming when you will worship the Father neither on this mountain
nor in Yerushalayim (Jerusalem). 22You
people don’t know what you are worshipping; we worship what we do know, because
salvation comes from the Jews. 23 But the time is coming—indeed, it’s here now—when the true worshippers
will worship the Father spiritually and truly, for these are the kind of people
the Father wants worshipping him. 24 God is spirit; and worshippers
must worship him spiritually and truly.” 25 The woman replied,
“I know that Mashiach (The Messiah) is coming” (that is, “the one who has been
anointed”). “When he comes, he will tell us everything.” 26 Yeshua (The Lord Jesus) said to her, “I, the person speaking to you, am he.”
Exodus 34:8–14 (The Living Bible) 8 Moses fell down before the Lord and
worshiped. 9 And he said, “If it is true that I have found favor
in your sight, O Lord, then please go with us to the Promised Land; yes, it is
an unruly, stubborn people, but pardon our iniquity and our sins, and accept us
as your own.” 10 The Lord replied, “All right, this is the contract
I am going to make with you. I will do miracles such as have never been done
before anywhere in all the earth, and all the people of Israel shall see the
power of the Lord—the terrible power I will display through you. 11 Your part of the agreement is to obey all
of my commandments; then I will drive out from before you the Amorites,
Canaanites, Hittites, Perizzites, Hivites, and Jebusites. 12 “Be very, very careful never to compromise with
the people there in the land where you are going, for if you do, you will soon
be following their evil ways. 13 Instead, you must break down their
heathen altars, smash the obelisks they worship, and cut down their shameful
idols. 14 For you must
worship no other gods, but only Jehovah, for he is a God who claims absolute
loyalty and exclusive devotion.
[Please Note: Always Read the
Word of God in Context, reading the entire chapter or book, asking the Holy
Spirit of the Living God to give you the interpretation. 2 Peter 1:16–21 (Williams) 16 For it was not mere stories of fancy
that we followed when we told you of the power and coming of our Lord Jesus
Christ, but we had been eyewitnesses of His majesty. 17 For when He
received such honor and glory from God the Father, when from the majestic glory
there was borne to Him a voice like this, “This is my Son, my Beloved, in whom
I take delight.” 18 we heard this voice ourselves borne from heaven
while we were with Him on that sacred mountain. 19 So we have the
message of the prophets more certainly guaranteed. Please pay attention to this message as to a
lamp that is shining in a dismal place, until the day dawns and the morning
star rises in your hearts; 20 because you recognize this truth above
all else, that no prophecy in Scripture
is to be interpreted by one’s own mind, 21 for no prophecy has
ever yet originated in man’s will, but men who were led by the Holy Spirit
spoke from God.]
Philippians 2:9–11 (The Living Bible)9 Yet it was because of this that God raised him up to the heights
of heaven and gave him a name which is above every other name, 10 that at the name of Jesus every knee shall
bow in heaven and on earth and under the earth, 11 and every tongue
shall confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
