“Once we, too, were foolish and disobedient; we were misled by
others and became slaves to many evil pleasures and wicked desires. Our lives
were full of resentment and envy. We hated others and they hated us. But When
The Time Came For The Kindness And Love Of God Our Savior To Appear, Then He Saved Us—not because we were good
enough to be saved but because of his kindness and pity—by washing away our
sins and giving us the new joy of the indwelling Holy Spirit, whom he poured out upon us with wonderful
fullness—and all because of what Jesus Christ our Savior did so that he could declare us good in God’s
eyes—all because of his great kindness; and now we can share in the wealth of
the eternal life he gives us, and we are eagerly looking forward to receiving
it.”
To: ALL WHO HAVE EARS TO HEAR
From: GOD THE FATHER, THE LORD
JESUS CHRIST HIS SON and Ministered through the HOLY SPIRIT OF GOD, The Helper, that He may be
with you forever. [John 14:16]
Subject: MY WORD; John 1:1 (NKJV) 1 In the
beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. John 1:14 (NKJV) 14 And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us,
and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full
of grace and truth.
Job 25:4 (The Living Bible) 4 How
can mere man stand before God and claim to be righteous? Who in all the earth can boast that he is clean?
Romans 5:12 (The Living Bible) 12 When Adam sinned, sin
entered the entire human race. His sin spread death throughout all the
world, so everything began to grow old and die, for all sinned.
John 3:6 (NASB95) 6 “That which is born of the
flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.
Romans 8:5–10 (NASB95) 5 For those who are
according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who are according to the Spirit,
the things of the Spirit. 6 For the mind set on the flesh is
death, but the mind set on the Spirit is life and peace, 7 because
the mind set on the flesh is hostile toward God; for it does not subject itself
to the law of God, for it is not even able to do so, 8 and
those who are in the flesh cannot please God. 9 However, you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if indeed the
Spirit of God dwells in you. But if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ,
he does not belong to Him. 10 If Christ is in you, though the body
is dead because of sin, yet the spirit is alive because of righteousness.
Psalm 51:5–12 (NASB95) 5 Behold, I was brought forth in iniquity, And in sin my mother
conceived me. 6 Behold, You desire truth in the innermost being, And
in the hidden part You will make me know wisdom. 7 Purify me with
hyssop, and I shall be clean; Wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow. 8
Make me to hear joy and gladness, Let the bones which You have broken rejoice. 9
Hide Your face from my sins And blot out all my iniquities. 10 Create in me a clean heart, O God, And
renew a steadfast spirit within me. 11 Do not cast me away from Your
presence And do not take Your Holy Spirit from me. 12 Restore to
me the joy of Your salvation And sustain me with a willing spirit.
Titus 3:3–7 (The Living Bible) 3 Once we, too, were foolish and disobedient; we were misled by
others and became slaves to many evil pleasures and wicked desires. Our lives
were full of resentment and envy. We hated others and they hated us. 4
But when the time came for the kindness
and love of God our Savior to appear, 5 then he saved us—not because
we were good enough to be saved but because of his kindness and pity—by washing
away our sins and giving us the new joy of the indwelling Holy Spirit, 6
whom he poured out upon us with wonderful fullness—and all because of what
Jesus Christ our Savior did 7 so that he could declare us good in
God’s eyes—all because of his great kindness; and now we can share in the
wealth of the eternal life he gives us, and we are eagerly looking forward to
receiving it.
Ephesians 2:1–9 (The Living Bible) 1 Once you were under God’s curse, doomed
forever for your sins. 2 You went along with the crowd and were
just like all the others, full of sin, obeying Satan, the mighty prince of the
power of the air, who is at work right now in the hearts of those who are
against the Lord. 3 All of us used to be just as they are, our lives
expressing the evil within us, doing every wicked thing that our passions or
our evil thoughts might lead us into. We
started out bad, being born with evil natures, and were under God’s anger just
like everyone else. 4 But God is so rich in mercy; he loved us so
much 5 that even though we were spiritually dead and doomed by our
sins, he gave us back our lives again when he raised Christ from the dead—only
by his undeserved favor have we ever been saved—6 and lifted us up
from the grave into glory along with Christ, where we sit with him in the
heavenly realms—all because of what Christ Jesus did. 7 And now
God can always point to us as examples of how very, very rich his kindness is,
as shown in all he has done for us through Jesus Christ. 8 Because of his kindness, you have been
saved through trusting Christ. And even trusting is not of yourselves; it too
is a gift from God. 9 Salvation is not a reward for the good we have
done, so none of us can take any credit for it.
Hebrews 9:8–15 (NASB95) 8 The Holy Spirit is signifying this, that the way into the
holy place has not yet been disclosed while the outer tabernacle is still
standing, 9 which is a symbol for the present time.
Accordingly both gifts and sacrifices are offered which cannot make the
worshiper perfect in conscience, 10 since they relate only to
food and drink and various washings, regulations for the body imposed until a
time of reformation. 11 But
when Christ appeared as a high priest of the good things to come, He
entered through the greater and more perfect tabernacle, not made with
hands, that is to say, not of this creation; 12 and not through the
blood of goats and calves, but through His own blood, He entered the holy place
once for all, having obtained eternal redemption. 13 For if the
blood of goats and bulls and the ashes of a heifer sprinkling those who have
been defiled sanctify for the cleansing of the flesh, 14 how much
more will the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered Himself
without blemish to God, cleanse your conscience from dead works to serve the
living God? 15 For this reason He is the mediator of a new covenant,
so that, since a death has taken place for the redemption of the transgressions
that were committed under the first covenant, those who have been called
may receive the promise of the eternal inheritance.
Revelation 7:9–17 (NKJV) 9 After these things I looked, and
behold, a great multitude which no one could number, of all nations, tribes,
peoples, and tongues, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed
with white robes, with palm branches in their hands, 10 and crying
out with a loud voice, saying, “Salvation belongs to our God who sits on
the throne, and to the Lamb!” 11 All the angels stood around the
throne and the elders and the four living creatures, and fell on their faces
before the throne and worshiped God, 12 saying: “Amen! Blessing and
glory and wisdom, Thanksgiving and honor and power and might, Be to our
God forever and ever. Amen.” 13 Then one of the elders answered,
saying to me, “Who are these arrayed in white robes, and where did they come
from?” 14 And I said to him, “Sir, you know.” So he said to me, “These are the ones who come out of the
great tribulation, and washed their robes and made them white in the blood of
the Lamb. 15 Therefore they are before the throne of God, and serve
Him day and night in His temple. And He who sits on the throne will dwell among
them. 16 They shall neither hunger anymore nor thirst anymore;
the sun shall not strike them, nor any heat; 17 for the Lamb who is
in the midst of the throne will shepherd them and lead them to living fountains
of waters. And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes.”
[Please Note: Always Read the
Word of God in Context, reading the entire chapter or book, asking the Holy
Spirit of the Living God to give you the interpretation. 2 Peter 1:16–21 (Williams) 16 For it was not mere stories of fancy
that we followed when we told you of the power and coming of our Lord Jesus
Christ, but we had been eyewitnesses of His majesty. 17 For when He
received such honor and glory from God the Father, when from the majestic glory
there was borne to Him a voice like this, “This is my Son, my Beloved, in whom
I take delight.” 18 we heard this voice ourselves borne from heaven
while we were with Him on that sacred mountain. 19 So we have the
message of the prophets more certainly guaranteed. Please pay attention to this message as to a
lamp that is shining in a dismal place, until the day dawns and the morning
star rises in your hearts; 20 because you recognize this truth above
all else, that no prophecy in Scripture
is to be interpreted by one’s own mind, 21 for no prophecy has
ever yet originated in man’s will, but men who were led by the Holy Spirit
spoke from God.]
Philippians 2:9–11 (The Living
Bible)9 Yet it was because of this that God raised
him up to the heights of heaven and gave him a name which is above every other
name, 10 that at the name of
Jesus every knee shall bow in heaven and on earth and under the earth, 11
and every tongue shall confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God
the Father.
