To: ALL WHO HAVE EARS TO HEAR
From; GOD THE FATHER, THE LORD JESUS CHRIST
HIS SON and Ministered through the HOLY SPIRIT OF GOD, The Helper,
that He may be with you forever. [John 14:16]
Subject: MY WORD
Zechariah 9:9–12 (The Living Bible) 9 “Rejoice greatly, O my people! Shout with
joy! For look—your King is coming! He is the Righteous One, the Victor! Yet he
is lowly, riding on a donkey’s colt! 10 I will disarm all
peoples of the earth, including my people in Israel, and he shall bring peace
among the nations. His realm shall stretch from sea to sea, from the river to
the ends of the earth. 11 “I have delivered you from death in a
waterless pit because of the covenant I made with you, sealed with blood. 12
Come to the place of safety, all you prisoners, for there is yet hope! I
promise right now, I will repay you two mercies for each of your woes!
Matthew 21:1–11 (NKJV) 1 Now when they drew
near Jerusalem, and came to Bethphage, at the Mount of Olives, then Jesus sent
two disciples, 2 saying to them, “Go into the village opposite you,
and immediately you will find a donkey tied, and a colt with her. Loose them
and bring them to Me. 3 And if anyone says anything to you,
you shall say, ‘The Lord has need of them,’ and immediately he will send them.”
4 All this was done that it
might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophet, saying: 5 “Tell
the daughter of Zion, ‘Behold, your King is coming to you, Lowly,
and sitting on a donkey, A colt, the foal of a donkey.’ ”
6 So the disciples went and did as Jesus commanded them. 7
They brought the donkey and the colt, laid their clothes on them, and set Him
on them. 8 And a very great multitude spread their clothes on the
road; others cut down branches from the trees and spread them on the
road. 9 Then the multitudes who went before and those who followed
cried out, saying: “Hosanna to the Son of David! ‘Blessed is He who
comes in the name of the Lord!’
Hosanna in the highest!” 10 And when He had come into
Jerusalem, all the city was moved, saying, “Who is this?” 11 So the
multitudes said, “This is Jesus, the prophet from Nazareth of Galilee.”
Isaiah 56:1–8 (The Living Bible) 1 Be
just and fair to all, the Lord God says. Do what’s right and good, for I am
coming soon to rescue you. 2 Blessed is the man who refuses to work
during my Sabbath days of rest, but honors them; and blessed is the man who
checks himself from doing wrong. 3 And my blessings are for
Gentiles, too, when they accept the Lord; don’t let them think that I will make
them second-class citizens. And this is for the eunuchs too. They can be as
much mine as anyone. 4 For I say this to the eunuchs who keep my
Sabbaths holy, who choose the things that please me and obey my laws: 5
I will give them—in my house, within my walls—a name far greater than the honor
they would receive from having sons and daughters. For the name that I will
give them is an everlasting one; it will never disappear. 6 As for
the Gentiles, the outsiders who join the people of the Lord and serve him and
love his name, who are his servants and don’t desecrate the Sabbath, and have
accepted his covenant and promises, 7 I will bring them also to my
holy mountain of Jerusalem and make them full of joy within my House of Prayer.
I will accept their sacrifices and offerings, for my Temple shall be called A House of Prayer for All People”! 8
For the Lord God who brings back the outcasts of Israel says: I will bring
others, too, besides my people Israel.
Matthew 21:12–17 (AMP) 12 And Jesus went into
the temple (whole temple enclosure) and drove out all who bought and sold in
the sacred place, and He turned over the four-footed tables of the money
changers and the chairs of those who sold doves. 13 He said to them,
The Scripture says, My house shall be
called a house of prayer; but you have made it a den of robbers. 14
And the blind and the lame came to Him in the porches and courts of the
temple, and He cured them. 15 But when the chief priests and the
scribes saw the wonderful things that He did and the boys and the girls and
the youths and the maidens crying out in the porches and courts
of the temple, Hosanna (O be propitious, graciously inclined) to the Son of
David! they were indignant. 16 And they said to Him, Do You hear
what these are saying? And Jesus replied to them, Yes; have you never read, Out of the mouths of babes and unweaned
infants You have made (provided) perfect praise? 17 And leaving
them, He departed from the city and went out to Bethany and lodged there.
Psalm 8:2–10 (CJB) 2 Adonai! Our Lord! How glorious is
your name throughout the earth! The fame of your majesty spreads even above the
heavens! 3 From the mouths of
babies and infants at the breast you established strength because of your foes,
in order that you might silence the enemy and the avenger. 4 When
I look at your heavens, the work of your fingers, the moon and stars that you
set in place— 5 what are mere mortals, that you concern yourself
with them; humans, that you watch over them with such care? 6 You
made him but little lower than the angels, you crowned him with glory and
honor, 7 you had him rule what your hands made, you put everything under
his feet— 8 sheep and oxen, all of them, also the animals in the
wilds, 9 the birds in the air, the fish in the sea, whatever passes
through the paths of the seas. 10
Adonai! Our Lord! How
glorious is your name throughout the earth!

2 Peter 1:16–21
(Williams) 16 For it was not mere stories of fancy
that we followed when we told you of the power and coming of our Lord Jesus
Christ, but we had been eyewitnesses of His majesty. 17 For when He
received such honor and glory from God the Father, when from the majestic glory
there was borne to Him a voice like this, “This is my Son, my Beloved, in whom
I take delight.” 18 we heard this voice ourselves borne from heaven
while we were with Him on that sacred mountain. 19 So we have the
message of the prophets more certainly guaranteed. Please pay attention to this message as to a
lamp that is shining in a dismal place, until the day dawns and the morning
star rises in your hearts; 20 because you recognize this truth above
all else, that no prophecy in Scripture
is to be interpreted by one’s own mind, 21 for no prophecy has
ever yet originated in man’s will, but men who were led by the Holy Spirit
spoke from God.]
