Subject: MY WORD; John
1:1 (NKJV) 1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was
with God, and the Word was God. John 1:14 (NKJV) 14 And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us,
and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full
of grace and truth.
Are you willing to hear the Word of
God and apply it to your life? Let us together start off
today in the book of Exodus chapter 3:
Get your bible and read the entire chapter, pay special attention to:
Exodus 3:5–6 (NKJV) 5 Then He said, “Do not draw near
this place. Take your sandals off your feet, for the place where you stand is
holy ground.” 6 Moreover He said, “I am the God of your father—the God of Abraham, the God of
Isaac, and the God of Jacob.” And Moses hid his face, for he was afraid to look
upon God.
Exodus
3:13 (NASB95) 13 Then Moses said to God,
“Behold, I am going to the sons of Israel, and I will say to them, ‘The God of
your fathers has sent me to you.’ Now they may say to me, ‘What is His name?’
What shall I say to them?”
What did Moses say to them? What is
the duration of the Name given Moses? You
will need to read the Word to know.
Now go to the book of John
and see how the Word confirms the Word in chapters 8: and 10:
John 8:47 (The Living Bible) 47 Anyone
whose Father is God listens gladly to
the words of God. Since you don’t, it proves you aren’t his children.”
John 8:59 (The Living Bible) 59 At that
point the Jewish leaders picked up stones to kill him. But Jesus was hidden
from them, and walked past them and left the Temple.
Why did the Jewish leaders want to
stone Him? Read the Gospel of John and find out.

message of the prophets more certainly guaranteed. Please pay attention to this message as to a
lamp that is shining in a dismal place, until the day dawns and the morning
star rises in your hearts; 20 because you recognize this truth above
all else, that no prophecy in Scripture
is to be interpreted by one’s own mind, 21 for no prophecy has
ever yet originated in man’s will, but men who were led by the Holy Spirit
spoke from God.]
