To: ALL WHO HAVE EARS TO HEAR
From; GOD THE FATHER, THE LORD JESUS CHRIST
HIS SON and Ministered through the HOLY SPIRIT OF GOD, The Helper,
that He may be with you forever. [John 14:16]
Subject: MY WORD
John 12:20–26 (NASB95) 20 Now there were some
Greeks among those who were going up to worship at the feast; 21 these
then came to Philip, who was from Bethsaida of Galilee, and began to ask
him, saying, “Sir, we wish to see Jesus.” 22 Philip came and told
Andrew; Andrew and Philip came and told Jesus. 23 And Jesus answered
them, saying, “The hour has come for the Son of Man to be glorified. 24
“Truly, truly, I say to you, unless a grain of wheat falls into the earth and
dies, it remains alone; but if it dies, it bears much fruit. 25 “He who loves his life loses it, and he who
hates his life in this world will keep it to life eternal. 26 “If
anyone serves Me, he must follow Me; and where I am, there My servant will be
also; if anyone serves Me, the Father will honor him.
John 12:27–33 (ESV) 27 “Now is my soul troubled. And what shall I say? ‘Father, save me
from this hour’? But for this purpose I have come to this hour. 28 Father, glorify your name.” Then a voice
came from heaven: “I have glorified it, and I will glorify it again.” 29
The crowd that stood there and heard it said that it had thundered. Others
said, “An angel has spoken to him.” 30 Jesus answered, “This voice
has come for your sake, not mine. 31 Now is the judgment of this world; now will the ruler of this world be
cast out. 32 And I, when I am lifted up from the earth, will
draw all people to myself.” 33 He said this to show by what kind of
death he was going to die.
John 12:27–33 (The Living Bible) 27 Now my soul is deeply troubled. Shall I pray, ‘Father, save me
from what lies ahead’? But that is the very reason why I came! 28 Father, bring glory and honor
to your name.” Then a voice spoke
from heaven saying, “I have already done this, and I will do it again.” 29
When the crowd heard the voice, some of them thought it was thunder, while
others declared an angel had spoken to him. 30 Then Jesus told them, “The voice was for your benefit,
not mine. 31 The time of judgment for the world has come—and the
time when Satan, the prince of this world, shall be cast out. 32
And when I am lifted up on the cross, I will draw everyone to me.” 33
He said this to indicate how he was going to die.
John 12:34–39 (AMP) 34 At this the people
answered Him, We have learned from the Law that the Christ is to remain
forever; how then can You say, The Son of Man must be lifted up [on the cross]?
Who is this Son of Man? 35 So Jesus said to them, You will have the
Light only a little while longer. Walk while you have the Light [keep on living
by it], so that darkness may not overtake and overcome you. He who walks
about in the dark does not know where he goes [he is drifting]. 36 While
you have the Light, believe in the Light [have faith in it, hold to it, rely on
it], that you may become sons of the Light and be filled with Light.
Jesus said these things, and then He went away and hid Himself from them [was
lost to their view]. 37 Even
though He had done so many miracles before them (right before their eyes), yet
they still did not trust in Him and failed to believe in Him— 38
So that what Isaiah the prophet said was fulfilled: Lord, who has believed our
report and our message? And to whom has the arm (the power) of the Lord
been shown (unveiled and revealed)? 39 Therefore they could not
believe [they were unable to believe]. For Isaiah has also said,
John 12:40–50 (NKJV) 40 “He has blinded their eyes and hardened
their hearts, Lest they should see with their eyes, Lest they
should understand with their hearts and turn, So that I should heal
them.” 41 These things Isaiah said when he saw His glory and
spoke of Him. 42 Nevertheless even among the rulers many believed in
Him, but because of the Pharisees they did not confess Him, lest they
should be put out of the synagogue; 43 for they loved the praise of
men more than the praise of God. 44
Then Jesus cried out and said, “He who believes in Me, believes not in Me but
in Him who sent Me. 45 And he who sees Me sees Him who sent Me. 46
I have come as a light into the world, that whoever believes in Me should
not abide in darkness. 47 And if anyone hears My words and does not
believe, I do not judge him; for I did not come to judge the world but to save
the world. 48 He who rejects Me, and does not receive My words, has
that which judges him—the word that I have spoken will judge him in the last
day. 49 For I have not spoken on My own authority; but the
Father who sent Me gave Me a command, what I should say and what I should
speak. 50 And I know that His command is everlasting life.
Therefore, whatever I speak, just as the Father has told Me, so I speak.”

Note: Always Read the Word of God in
Context, reading the entire chapter or book, asking the Holy Spirit of the
Living God to give you the interpretation.
2 Peter 1:16–21
(Williams) 16 For it was not mere stories of fancy
that we followed when we told you of the power and coming of our Lord Jesus
Christ, but we had been eyewitnesses of His majesty. 17 For when He
received such honor and glory from God the Father, when from the majestic glory
there was borne to Him a voice like this, “This is my Son, my Beloved, in whom
I take delight.” 18 we heard this voice ourselves borne from heaven
while we were with Him on that sacred mountain. 19 So we have the
message of the prophets more certainly guaranteed. Please pay attention to this message as to a
lamp that is shining in a dismal place, until the day dawns and the morning
star rises in your hearts; 20 because you recognize this truth above
all else, that no prophecy in Scripture
is to be interpreted by one’s own mind, 21 for no prophecy has
ever yet originated in man’s will, but men who were led by the Holy Spirit
spoke from God.]
