Subject: MY WORD; John 1:1 (NKJV) 1 In the
beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. John 1:14 (NKJV) 14 And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us,
and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full
of grace and truth.
Isaiah 11:1–5 (The Living Bible) 1 The royal line of David will be
cut off, chopped down like a tree; but from the stump will grow a Shoot—yes, a
new Branch from the old root. 2 And
the Spirit of the Lord shall rest upon him, the Spirit of wisdom,
understanding, counsel, and might; the Spirit of knowledge and of the fear of
the Lord. 3 His delight will be obedience to the Lord. He will
not judge by appearance, false evidence, or hearsay, 4 but will
defend the poor and the exploited. He will rule against the wicked who oppress
them. 5 For he will be clothed with fairness and with truth.
Psalm 16:7–9 (The Living Bible) 7 I will bless the Lord who
counsels me; he gives me wisdom in the night. He tells me what to do. 8
I am always thinking of the Lord; and because he is so near, I never need to
stumble or fall. 9 Heart, body, and soul are filled with joy.
Psalm 32:6–8 (AMP) 6 For this
[forgiveness] let everyone who is godly pray—pray to You in a time when You may
be found; surely when the great waters [of trial] overflow, they shall not
reach [the spirit in] him. 7 You are a hiding place for me; You,
Lord, preserve me from trouble, You surround me with songs and shouts of
deliverance. Selah [pause, and calmly think of that]! 8 I [the Lord] will instruct you and teach
you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with My eye upon you.
Psalm 33:10–12 (ESV) 10 The Lord brings the counsel of the nations
to nothing; he frustrates the plans of the peoples. 11 The counsel of the Lord stands forever, the plans of his heart to all
generations. 12 Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord, the people whom he has chosen as
his heritage!
Proverbs 1:5 (NASB95) 5 A wise man will hear and increase in learning, And a man of understanding will acquire
wise counsel,
Proverbs 19:20–21 (AMP) 20 Hear counsel, receive instruction, and
accept correction, that you may be wise in the time to come. 21
Many plans are in a man’s mind, but it is the Lord’s purpose for him that will
stand.
Isaiah 28:29 (AMP) 29 This also comes from the Lord of hosts, Who is wonderful in counsel [and] excellent in wisdom and
effectual working.
Amos 3:7 (NASB95) 7 Surely the Lord God does
nothing Unless He reveals His secret counsel To His servants the prophets.
Isaiah 9:6–7 (The Living Bible) 6 For unto us a child is born; unto us a son is given; and the
government shall be upon his shoulder. These
will be his royal titles: “Wonderful,” “Counselor,” “The Mighty God,” “The
Everlasting Father,” “The Prince of Peace.” 7 His
ever-expanding, peaceful government will never end. He will rule with perfect
fairness and justice from the throne of his father David. He will bring true
justice and peace to all the nations of the world. This is going to happen
because the Lord of heaven’s armies has dedicated himself to do it!
John 14:26 (World English Bible) But the Counselor, the Holy Spirit, whom
the Father will send in my name, he will teach you all things, and will remind
you of all that I said to you.

ever yet originated in man’s will, but men who were led by the Holy Spirit

Philippians 2:9–11 (The Living
Bible)9 Yet it was because of this that God raised
him up to the heights of heaven and gave him a name which is above every other
name, 10 that at the name of
Jesus every knee shall bow in heaven and on earth and under the earth, 11
and every tongue shall confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God
