“Go back to John and tell him all you have seen and heard here
today: how those who were blind can see. The lame are walking without a limp.
The lepers are completely healed. The deaf can hear again. The dead come back
to life. And the poor are hearing the Good News. And tell him, ‘Blessed Is The One Who Does Not Lose His Faith In Me.’ ”
From: GOD THE FATHER, THE LORD
JESUS CHRIST HIS SON and Ministered through the HOLY SPIRIT OF GOD, The Helper, that He may be
with you forever. [John 14:16]
Subject: MY WORD; John 1:1 (NKJV) 1 In the
beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. John 1:14 (NKJV) 14 And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us,
and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full
of grace and truth.
Genesis 20:17–18 (The Living Bible) 17 Then Abraham prayed, asking God to cure the king and queen and the other women of the household, so that they could have children; 18 for God had stricken all the women with barrenness to punish Abimelech for taking Abraham’s wife.
Psalm 30:1–4 (AMP) 1 A Psalm; a Song at
the Dedication of the Temple. [A Psalm] of David. I WILL extol You, O Lord, for You have lifted me up and have not let my
foes rejoice over me. 2 O Lord my God, I cried to You and You have
healed me. 3 O Lord, You have brought my life up from Sheol (the
place of the dead); You have kept me alive, that I should not go down to the
pit (the grave). 4 Sing to the Lord, O you saints of His, and give
thanks at the remembrance of His holy name.
Psalm 103:1–6 (AMP) 1 [A Psalm] of David. BLESS
(AFFECTIONATELY, gratefully praise) the Lord, O my soul; and all that is
[deepest] within me, bless His holy name! 2 Bless (affectionately,
gratefully praise) the Lord, O my soul, and forget not [one of] all His
benefits— 3 Who forgives
[every one of] all your iniquities, Who heals [each one of] all your diseases, 4
Who redeems your life from the pit and corruption, Who beautifies,
dignifies, and crowns you with loving-kindness and tender mercy; 5
Who satisfies your mouth [your necessity and desire at your personal age and
situation] with good so that your youth, renewed, is like the eagle’s [strong,
overcoming, soaring]! 6 The Lord executes righteousness and
justice [not for me only, but] for all who are oppressed.
Isaiah 29:18–19 (CJB) 18 On that day the deaf will hear the words of
a book, and out of gloom and darkness the eyes of the blind will see. 19
The humble will again rejoice in Adonai
and the poor exult in the Holy One of Isra’el,
Isaiah 32:1–4 (NKJV) 1 Behold, a king will reign
in righteousness, And princes will rule with justice. 2 A man
will be as a hiding place from the wind, And a cover from the tempest, As
rivers of water in a dry place, As the shadow of a great rock in a weary land. 3
The eyes of those who see will not be
dim, And the ears of those who hear will listen. 4 Also the heart of
the rash will understand knowledge, And the tongue of the stammerers will be
ready to speak plainly.
Isaiah 35:4–6 (The Living Bible) 4
Encourage those who are afraid. Tell them, “Be strong, fear not, for your God
is coming to destroy your enemies. He is
coming to save you.” 5 And when he comes, he will open the eyes of
the blind and unstop the ears of the deaf. 6 The lame man will leap
up like a deer, and those who could not speak will shout and sing! Springs
will burst forth in the wilderness, and streams in the desert.
Isaiah 42:5–9 (NASB95) 5 Thus says God the Lord,
Who created the heavens and stretched them out, Who spread out the earth and
its offspring, Who gives breath to the people on it And spirit to those who
walk in it, 6 “I am the Lord,
I have called You in righteousness, I will also hold You by the hand and watch
over You, And I will appoint You as a covenant to the people, As a light to the
nations, 7 To open blind eyes, To bring out prisoners from the
dungeon And those who dwell in darkness from the prison. 8 “I am
the Lord, that is My name; I will
not give My glory to another, Nor My praise to graven images. 9
“Behold, the former things have come to pass, Now I declare new things; Before
they spring forth I proclaim them to you.”
Luke 7:18–23 (The Living Bible) 18 The disciples of John the Baptist soon heard of all that Jesus was
doing. When they told John about it, 19 he sent two of his disciples
to Jesus to ask him, “Are you really the Messiah? Or shall we keep on looking
for him?” 20 The two
disciples found Jesus while he was curing many sick people of their various
diseases—healing the lame and the blind and casting out evil spirits. When they
asked him John’s question, this was his reply: “Go back to John and tell him
all you have seen and heard here today: how those who were blind can see. The
lame are walking without a limp. The lepers are completely healed. The deaf can
hear again. The dead come back to life. And the poor are hearing the Good News.
23 And tell him, ‘Blessed is the one who does not lose his faith in
me.’ ”
[Please Note: Always Read the
Word of God in Context, reading the entire chapter or book, asking the Holy
Spirit of the Living God to give you the interpretation. 2 Peter 1:16–21 (Williams) 16 For it was not mere stories of fancy
that we followed when we told you of the power and coming of our Lord Jesus
Christ, but we had been eyewitnesses of His majesty. 17 For when He
received such honor and glory from God the Father, when from the majestic glory
there was borne to Him a voice like this, “This is my Son, my Beloved, in whom
I take delight.” 18 we heard this voice ourselves borne from heaven
while we were with Him on that sacred mountain. 19 So we have the
message of the prophets more certainly guaranteed. Please pay attention to this message as to a
lamp that is shining in a dismal place, until the day dawns and the morning
star rises in your hearts; 20 because you recognize this truth above
all else, that no prophecy in Scripture
is to be interpreted by one’s own mind, 21 for no prophecy has
ever yet originated in man’s will, but men who were led by the Holy Spirit
spoke from God.]
Philippians 2:9–11 (The Living
Bible)9 Yet it was because of this that God raised
him up to the heights of heaven and gave him a name which is above every other
name, 10 that at the name of
Jesus every knee shall bow in heaven and on earth and under the earth, 11
and every tongue shall confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God
the Father.
