“but of his Son he says, “Your Kingdom, O God,
Will Last Forever And Ever; its commands are always just and right. You love right and hate wrong; so God, even
your God, has poured out more gladness upon you than on anyone else.” God
also called him “Lord” when he said, “Lord, in the beginning you made the
earth, and the heavens are the work of your hands. They will
disappear into nothingness, but you will remain forever.”
From: GOD THE FATHER, THE LORD
JESUS CHRIST HIS SON and Ministered through the HOLY SPIRIT OF GOD, The Helper, that He may be
with you forever. [John 14:16]
Subject: MY WORD; John 1:1 (NKJV) 1 In the
beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. John 1:14 (NKJV) 14 And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us,
and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full
of grace and truth.
Isaiah 61:1–3 (The Living Bible) 1 The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me, because the Lord has anointed me to bring good news to the suffering and afflicted. He has sent me to comfort the brokenhearted, to announce liberty to captives, and to open the eyes of the blind. 2 He has sent me to tell those who mourn that the time of God’s favor to them has come, and the day of his wrath to their enemies. 3 To all who mourn in Israel he will give: beauty for ashes; joy instead of mourning; praise instead of heaviness. For God has planted them like strong and graceful oaks for his own glory.
Luke 4:14–21 (The Living Bible) 14 Then Jesus returned
to Galilee, full of the Holy Spirit’s power. Soon he became well known
throughout all that region 15 for his sermons in the
synagogues; everyone praised him. 16 When he came to the
village of Nazareth, his boyhood home, he went as usual to the synagogue on
Saturday, and stood up to read the Scriptures. 17 The
book of Isaiah the prophet was handed to him, and he opened it to the place
where it says: 18 “The Spirit of the Lord is upon me; he
has appointed me to preach Good News to the poor; he has sent me to heal the
brokenhearted and to announce that captives shall be released and the blind
shall see, that the downtrodden shall be freed from their oppressors, and that
God is ready to give blessings to all who come to him.” 20 He
closed the book and handed it back to the attendant and sat down, while
everyone in the synagogue gazed at him intently. 21 Then
he added, “These Scriptures came true
today!”
John 3:31–36 (NKJV) 31 He who comes from
above is above all; he who is of the earth is earthly and speaks of the earth.
He who comes from heaven is above all. 32 And what He
has seen and heard, that He testifies; and no one receives His testimony. 33 He
who has received His testimony has certified that God is true. 34 For
He whom God has sent speaks the words of God, for God does not give the Spirit
by measure. 35 The Father loves the Son, and has given all
things into His hand. 36 He who believes in the Son has
everlasting life; and he who does not believe the Son shall not see life, but
the wrath of God abides on him.”
Psalm 2:6–12 (AMP) 6 Yet have I
anointed (installed and placed) My King [firmly] on My holy hill of Zion. 7 I
will declare the decree of the Lord: He said to Me, You are My Son; this day [I
declare] I have begotten You. 8 Ask of Me, and I will
give You the nations as Your inheritance, and the uttermost parts of the earth
as Your possession. 9 You shall break them with a rod of
iron; You shall dash them in pieces like potters’ ware. 10 Now
therefore, O you kings, act wisely; be instructed and warned,
O you rulers of the earth. 11 Serve the Lord with
reverent awe and worshipful fear; rejoice and be
in high spirits with trembling [lest you displease Him]. 12 Kiss
the Son [pay homage to Him in purity], lest He be angry and you perish in the
way, for soon shall His wrath be kindled. O blessed (happy, fortunate, and to
be envied) are all those who seek refuge and put their trust
in Him!
Hebrews 1:8–14 (The Living Bible) 8 but of his Son he says, “Your Kingdom, O
God, will last forever and ever; its commands are always just and right. 9 You
love right and hate wrong; so God, even your God, has poured out more gladness
upon you than on anyone else.” 10 God also called him
“Lord” when he said, “Lord, in the beginning you made the earth, and the
heavens are the work of your hands. 11 They will
disappear into nothingness, but you will remain forever. They will become worn
out like old clothes, 12 and some day you will fold them
up and replace them. But you yourself will never change, and your years will
never end.” 13 And did God ever say to an angel, as he
does to his Son, “Sit here beside me in honor until I crush all your enemies
beneath your feet”? 14 No, for the angels are only
spirit-messengers sent out to help and care for those who are to receive his
salvation.
[Please Note: Always Read the
Word of God in Context, reading the entire chapter or book, asking the Holy
Spirit of the Living God to give you the interpretation. 2 Peter 1:16–21 (Williams) 16 For it was not mere stories of fancy
that we followed when we told you of the power and coming of our Lord Jesus
Christ, but we had been eyewitnesses of His majesty. 17 For when He
received such honor and glory from God the Father, when from the majestic glory
there was borne to Him a voice like this, “This is my Son, my Beloved, in whom
I take delight.” 18 we heard this voice ourselves borne from heaven
while we were with Him on that sacred mountain. 19 So we have the
message of the prophets more certainly guaranteed. Please pay attention to this message as to a
lamp that is shining in a dismal place, until the day dawns and the morning
star rises in your hearts; 20 because you recognize this truth above
all else, that no prophecy in Scripture
is to be interpreted by one’s own mind, 21 for no prophecy has
ever yet originated in man’s will, but men who were led by the Holy Spirit
spoke from God.]
Philippians 2:9–11 (The Living
Bible)9 Yet it was because of this that God raised
him up to the heights of heaven and gave him a name which is above every other
name, 10 that at the name of
Jesus every knee shall bow in heaven and on earth and under the earth, 11
and every tongue shall confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God
the Father.
