Psalm 5:12–13 (Tanakh) 12 But let all who take refuge in You rejoice,
ever jubilant as You shelter them; and let those who love Your name exult in
You. 13 For You surely bless the righteous man, O Lord, encompassing him with favor like a
shield.
Psalm 30:4–5 (NKJV) 4 Sing praise to the Lord, you saints of His, And give thanks
at the remembrance of His holy name. 5 For His anger is but for
a moment, His favor is for life; Weeping may endure for a night, But joy comes in the morning.
Psalm 35:9 (AMP) 9 Then I shall be joyful in the Lord; I shall rejoice in His
deliverance.
Psalm 66:1–4 (AMP) 1 To the Chief

joyful noise unto God, all the earth; 2 Sing forth the honor and
glory of His name; make His praise glorious! 3 Say to God, How awesome and fearfully glorious
are Your works! Through the greatness of Your power shall Your enemies
submit themselves to You [with feigned and reluctant obedience]. 4 All
the earth shall bow down to You and sing [praises] to You; they shall praise

Psalm 89:14–18 (The Living Bible) 14 Your
throne is founded on two strong pillars—the one is Justice and the other
Righteousness. Mercy and Truth walk before you as your attendants. Blessed are those who hear the joyful blast
of the trumpet, for they shall walk in the light of your presence. 16
They rejoice all day long in your wonderful reputation and in your perfect
righteousness. 17 You are their strength. What glory! Our power is
based on your favor! 18 Yes, our protection is from the Lord himself
and he, the Holy One of Israel, has given us our king.
Psalm 98:2–6 (CJB) 2 Adonai has made known his victory;
revealed his vindication in full view of the nations, 3 remembered
his grace and faithfulness to the house of Isra’el. All the ends of the earth
have seen the victory of our God. 4
Shout for joy to Adonai,
all the earth! Break forth, sing for joy, sing praises! 5 Sing
praises to Adonai with the
lyre, with the lyre and melodious music! 6 With trumpets and the
sound of the shofar, shout for joy before the king, Adonai!
Psalm 100:1–5 (AMP) 1 A Psalm of thanksgiving and for the thank offering. MAKE A joyful noise to the Lord, all you
lands! 2 Serve the Lord with gladness! Come before His presence
with singing! 3 Know (perceive, recognize, and understand with
approval) that the Lord is God! It is He Who has made us, not we ourselves [and
we are His]! We are His people and the sheep of His pasture. 4 Enter
into His gates with thanksgiving and a thank offering and into His
courts with praise! Be thankful and say so to Him, bless and
affectionately praise His name! 5 For the Lord is good; His mercy and loving-kindness are
everlasting, His faithfulness and truth endure to all generations.
