To: ALL
WHO HAVE EARS TO HEAR
From;
GOD THE FATHER, THE LORD JESUS CHRIST HIS SON and Ministered through the
HOLY SPIRIT OF GOD, The Helper, that He may be with you forever. [John
14:16]
Subject:
MY WORD
Malachi 3:1–6 (The Living Bible) 1 “Listen: I will send my messenger before me to prepare the way.
And then the One you are looking for will come suddenly to his Temple—the
Messenger of God’s promises, to bring you great joy. Yes, he is surely coming,”
says the Lord Almighty. 2 “But who can live when he appears? Who can
endure his coming? For he is like a
blazing fire refining precious metal, and he can bleach the dirtiest garments! 3
Like a refiner of silver he will sit and closely watch as the dross is burned
away. He will purify the Levites, the ministers of God, refining them like
gold or silver, so that they will do their work for God with pure hearts. 4
Then once more the Lord will enjoy the offerings brought to him by the people
of Judah and Jerusalem, as he did before. 5 At that time my
punishments will be quick and certain; I will move swiftly against wicked men
who trick the innocent, against adulterers and liars, against all those who
cheat their hired hands, who oppress widows and orphans, or defraud strangers,
and do not fear me,” says the Lord Almighty. 6 “For I am the Lord—I do not change. That is why you are not already
utterly destroyed, for my mercy endures forever.
Psalm 12:5–8 (The Living Bible) 5 The Lord replies, “I will arise and defend the oppressed, the
poor, the needy. I will rescue them as they have longed for me to do.” 6
The Lord’s promise is sure. He speaks no
careless word; all he says is purest truth, like silver seven times refined.
7 O Lord, we know that you will forever preserve your own from the
reach of evil men, 8 although they prowl on every side and vileness
is praised throughout the land.
Psalm 66:8–10 (AMP) 8 Bless our God, O peoples, give Him grateful thanks and make
the voice of His praise be heard, 9 Who put and kept us among
the living, and has not allowed our feet to slip. 10 For You, O God, have proved us; You have tried us as
silver is tried, refined, and purified.
Daniel 12:8–10 (Tanakh) 8 I heard and did not
understand, so I said, “My lord, what will be the outcome of these things?” 9
He said, “Go, Daniel, for these words are secret and sealed to the time of the
end. 10 Many will be purified
and purged and refined; the wicked will act wickedly and none of the wicked
will understand; but the knowledgeable will understand.
Zechariah 13:9 (Tanakh) 9 That third I will put into the fire, And I will smelt them as one
smelts silver And test them as one tests gold. They will invoke Me by name,
And I will respond to them. I will declare, “You are My people,” And they will
declare, “The Lord is our God!”
Luke 3:16–18 (NASB95) 16 John answered and
said to them all, “As for me, I baptize you with water; but One is coming who
is mightier than I, and I am not fit to untie the thong of His sandals; He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit
and fire. 17 “His winnowing fork is in His hand to thoroughly clear
His threshing floor, and to gather the wheat into His barn; but He will burn up
the chaff with unquenchable fire.” 18 So with many other
exhortations he preached the gospel to the people.
1 Corinthians 3:10–15 (ESV) 10 According to the grace of God given to me, like a skilled master
builder I laid a foundation, and someone else is building upon it. Let each one
take care how he builds upon it. 11 For no one can lay a foundation
other than that which is laid, which is Jesus Christ. 12 Now if
anyone builds on the foundation with gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay,
straw— 13 each one’s work
will become manifest, for the Day will disclose it, because it will be revealed
by fire, and the fire will test what sort of work each one has done. 14
If the work that anyone has built on the foundation survives, he will receive a
reward. 15 If anyone’s work is burned up, he will suffer loss,
though he himself will be saved, but only as through fire.
1 Peter 1:7–9 (The Living Bible) 7 These trials are only to test your faith, to see
whether or not it is strong and pure. It
is being tested as fire tests gold and purifies it—and your faith is far
more precious to God than mere gold; so if your faith remains strong after
being tried in the test tube of fiery trials, it will bring you much praise and
glory and honor on the day of his return. 8 You love him even though
you have never seen him; though not seeing him, you trust him; and even now you
are happy with the inexpressible joy that comes from heaven itself. 9
And your further reward for trusting him will be the salvation of your souls.
Revelation 3:17–19 (AMP) 17 For you say, I am rich; I have prospered and grown wealthy,
and I am in need of nothing; and you do not realize and understand that
you are wretched, pitiable, poor, blind, and naked. 18 Therefore I counsel you to purchase from Me
gold refined and tested by fire, that you may be [truly] wealthy, and
white clothes to clothe you and to keep the shame of your nudity from being
seen, and salve to put on your eyes, that you may see. 19 Those
whom I [dearly and tenderly] love, I tell their faults and convict and
convince and reprove and chasten [I discipline and instruct them]. So be enthusiastic and in earnest and
burning with zeal and repent [changing your mind and attitude].
[Please Note: Always Read the Word of God in Context asking
the Holy Spirit of the Living God to give you the interpretation. 2 Peter 1:16–21 (Williams) 16 For it was not mere stories of fancy
that we followed when we told you of the power and coming of our Lord Jesus
Christ, but we had been eyewitnesses of His majesty. 17 For when He
received such honor and glory from God the Father, when from the majestic glory
there was borne to Him a voice like this, “This is my Son, my Beloved, in whom
I take delight.” 18 we heard this voice ourselves borne from heaven
while we were with Him on that sacred mountain. 19 So we have the
message of the prophets more certainly guaranteed. Please pay attention to this message as to a
lamp that is shining in a dismal place, until the day dawns and the morning
star rises in your hearts; 20 because you recognize this truth above
all else, that no prophecy in Scripture
is to be interpreted by one’s own mind, 21 for no prophecy has
ever yet originated in man’s will, but men who were led by the Holy Spirit
spoke from God.]
