Eternal Life

To: ALL WHO HAVE EARS TO HEAR

From; GOD THE FATHER, THE LORD JESUS CHRIST HIS SON and Ministered through the HOLY SPIRIT OF GOD, The Helper, that He may be with you forever. [John 14:16]

Subject: MY WORD

John 3:3–21 (The Living Bible)
3Jesus replied, “With all the earnestness I possess I tell you this: Unless you are born again, you can never get into the Kingdom of God.”
4“Born again!” exclaimed Nicodemus. “What do you mean? How can an old man go back into his mother’s womb and be born again?”
5Jesus replied, “What I am telling you so earnestly is this: Unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the Kingdom of God. 6Men can only reproduce human life, but the Holy Spirit gives new life from heaven; 7so don’t be surprised at my statement that you must be born again! 8Just as you can hear the wind but can’t tell where it comes from or where it will go next, so it is with the Spirit. We do not know on whom he will next bestow this life from heaven.”
9“What do you mean?” Nicodemus asked.
10-11Jesus replied, “You, a respected Jewish teacher, and yet you don’t understand these things? I am telling you what I know and have seen—and yet you won’t believe me. 12But if you don’t even believe me when I tell you about such things as these that happen here among men, how can you possibly believe if I tell you what is going on in heaven? 13For only I, the Messiah, have come to earth and will return to heaven again. 14And as Moses in the wilderness lifted up the bronze image of a serpent on a pole, even so I must be lifted up upon a pole, 15so that anyone who believes in me will have eternal life. 16For God loved the world so much that he gave his only Son so that anyone who believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. 17God did not send his Son into the world to condemn it, but to save it.
18“There is no eternal doom awaiting those who trust him to save them. But those who don’t trust him have already been tried and condemned for not believing in the only Son of God. 19Their sentence is based on this fact: that the Light from heaven came into the world, but they loved the darkness more than the Light, for their deeds were evil. 20They hated the heavenly Light because they wanted to sin in the darkness. They stayed away from that Light for fear their sins would be exposed and they would be punished. 21But those doing right come gladly to the Light to let everyone see that they are doing what God wants them to.”

Ezekiel 36:26 (The Living Bible)
26And I will give you a new heart—I will give you new and right desires—and put a new spirit within you. I will take out your stony hearts of sin and give you new hearts of love.

Titus 3:4–6 (The Living Bible)
4But when the time came for the kindness and love of God our Savior to appear, 5then he saved us—not because we were good enough to be saved but because of his kindness and pity—by washing away our sins and giving us the new joy of the indwelling Holy Spirit, 6whom he poured out upon us with wonderful fullness—and all because of what Jesus Christ our Savior did

1 John 5:2–13 (The Living Bible)
2So you can find out how much you love God’s children—your brothers and sisters in the Lord—by how much you love and obey God. 3Loving God means doing what he tells us to do, and really, that isn’t hard at all; 4for every child of God can obey him, defeating sin and evil pleasure by trusting Christ to help him.
5But who could possibly fight and win this battle except by believing that Jesus is truly the Son of God? 6-8And we know he is, because God said so with a voice from heaven when Jesus was baptized, and again as he was facing death—yes, not only at his baptism but also as he faced death. And the Holy Spirit, forever truthful, says it too. So we have these three witnesses: the voice of the Holy Spirit in our hearts, the voice from heaven at Christ’s baptism, and the voice before he died. And they all say the same thing: that Jesus Christ is the Son of God. 9We believe men who witness in our courts, and so surely we can believe whatever God declares. And God declares that Jesus is his Son. 10All who believe this know in their hearts that it is true. If anyone doesn’t believe this, he is actually calling God a liar because he doesn’t believe what God has said about his Son.
11And what is it that God has said? That he has given us eternal life and that this life is in his Son. 12So whoever has God’s Son has life; whoever does not have his Son, does not have life.
13I have written this to you who believe in the Son of God so that you may know you have eternal life.

MY KINGDOM

To: ALL WHO HAVE EARS TO HEAR

From; GOD THE FATHER, THE LORD JESUS CHRIST HIS SON and Ministered through the HOLY SPIRIT OF GOD, The Helper, that He may be with you forever. [John 14:16]

Subject: MY WORD

Daniel 2:44–45 (Tanakh)

44And in the time of those kings, the God of Heaven will establish a kingdom that shall never be destroyed, a kingdom that shall not be transferred to another people. It will crush and wipe out all these kingdoms, but shall itself last forever—45just as you saw how a stone was hewn from the mountain, not by hands, and crushed the iron, bronze, clay, silver, and gold. The great God has made known to the king what will happen in the future. The dream is sure and its interpretation reliable.”

Daniel 7:27 (Tanakh)

27The kingship and dominion and grandeur belonging to all the kingdoms under Heaven will be given to the people of the holy ones of the Most High. Their kingdom shall be an everlasting kingdom, and all dominions shall serve and obey them.’ ”

Matthew 3:2 (CJB)

“Turn from your sins to God, for the Kingdom of Heaven is near!”

Matthew 3:1–2 (AMP)

IN THOSE days there appeared John the Baptist, preaching in the Wilderness (Desert) of Judea

2 And saying, Repent (think differently; change your mind, regretting your sins and changing your conduct), for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.

Matthew 5:3 (AMP)

3 Blessed (happy, to be envied, and spiritually prosperous—with life-joy and satisfaction in God’s favor and salvation, regardless of their outward conditions) are the poor in spirit (the humble, who rate themselves insignificant), for theirs is the kingdom of heaven!

Matthew 5:20 (AMP)

20 For I tell you, unless your righteousness (your uprightness and your right standing with God) is more than that of the scribes and Pharisees, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.

Matthew 7:21 (CJB)

21 “Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord!’ will enter the Kingdom of Heaven, only those who do what my Father in heaven wants.

Matthew 10:7–8 (AMP)

7 And as you go, preach, saying, The kingdom of heaven is at hand!

8 Cure the sick, raise the dead, cleanse the lepers, drive out demons. Freely (without pay) you have received, freely (without charge) give.

Matthew 13:10–12 (AV)

10 And the disciples came, and said unto him, Why speakest thou unto them in parables? 11 He answered and said unto them, Because it is given unto you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given. 12 For whosoever hath, to him shall be given, and he shall have more abundance: but whosoever hath not, from him shall be taken away even that he hath.

Matthew 18:1–5 (The Living Bible)

About that time the disciples came to Jesus to ask which of them would be greatest in the Kingdom of Heaven!

2Jesus called a small child over to him and set the little fellow down among them, 3and said, “Unless you turn to God from your sins and become as little children, you will never get into the Kingdom of Heaven. 4Therefore anyone who humbles himself as this little child is the greatest in the Kingdom of Heaven. 5And any of you who welcomes a little child like this because you are mine is welcoming me and caring for me.

Luke 17:20–21 (The Living Bible)

20One day the Pharisees asked Jesus, “When will the Kingdom of God begin?” Jesus replied, “The Kingdom of God isn’t ushered in with visible signs. 21You won’t be able to say, ‘It has begun here in this place or there in that part of the country.’ For the Kingdom of God is within you.”

Romans 14:17 (AMP)

17 [After all] the kingdom of God is not a matter of [getting the] food and drink [one likes], but instead it is righteousness (that state which makes a person acceptable to God) and [heart] peace and joy in the Holy Spirit.

John 18:36 (AMP)

36 Jesus answered, My kingdom (kingship, royal power) belongs not to this world. If My kingdom were of this world, My followers would have been fighting to keep Me from being handed over to the Jews. But as it is, My kingdom is not from here (this world); [it has no such origin or source].

Friendship With God

To: ALL WHO HAVE EARS TO HEAR

From; GOD THE FATHER, THE LORD JESUS CHRIST HIS SON and Ministered through the HOLY SPIRIT OF GOD, The Helper, that He may be with you forever. [John 14:16]

Subject: MY WORD

1 Chronicles 29:10–13 (The Living Bible)
10While still in the presence of the whole assembly, David expressed his praises to the Lord: “O Lord God of our father Israel, praise your name for ever and ever! 11Yours is the mighty power and glory and victory and majesty. Everything in the heavens and earth is yours, O Lord, and this is your kingdom. We adore you as being in control of everything. 12Riches and honor come from you alone, and you are the ruler of all mankind; your hand controls power and might, and it is at your discretion that men are made great and given strength. 13O our God, we thank you and praise your glorious name,

Psalm 50:15 (Tanakh)
15Call upon Me in time of trouble;
I will rescue you, and you shall honor Me.”

Psalm 86:1–12 (Tanakh)
1 A prayer of David. Incline Your ear, O Lord, answer me, for I am poor and needy. 2 Preserve my life, for I am steadfast; O You, my God, deliver Your servant who trusts in You. 3 Have mercy on me, O Lord, for I call to You all day long; 4 bring joy to Your servant’s life, for on You, Lord, I set my hope. 5 For You, Lord, are good and forgiving, abounding in steadfast love to all who call on You. 6 Give ear, O Lord, to my prayer; heed my plea for mercy. 7 In my time of trouble I call You, for You will answer me. 8 There is none like You among the gods, O Lord, and there are no deeds like Yours. 9 All the nations You have made will come to bow down before You, O Lord, and they will pay honor to Your name. 10 For You are great and perform wonders; You alone are God. 11 Teach me Your way, O Lord; I will walk in Your truth; let my heart be undivided in reverence for Your name. 12 I will praise You, O Lord, my God, with all my heart and pay honor to Your name forever.

Psalm 25:3–14 (The Living Bible)
3None of those who have faith in God will ever be disgraced for trusting him. But all who harm the innocent shall be defeated.
4Show me the path where I should go, O Lord; point out the right road for me to walk. 5Lead me; teach me; for you are the God who gives me salvation. I have no hope except in you. 6-7Overlook my youthful sins, O Lord! Look at me instead through eyes of mercy and forgiveness, through eyes of everlasting love and kindness.
8The Lord is good and glad to teach the proper path to all who go astray; 9he will teach the ways that are right and best to those who humbly turn to him. 10And when we obey him, every path he guides us on is fragrant with his loving-kindness and his truth.
11But Lord, my sins! How many they are. Oh, pardon them for the honor of your name.
12Where is the man who fears the Lord? God will teach him how to choose the best.
13He shall live within God’s circle of blessing, and his children shall inherit the earth.
14Friendship with God is reserved for those who reverence him. With them alone he shares the secrets of his promises.

GLORY AND MAJESTY

To: ALL WHO HAVE EARS TO HEAR

From; GOD THE FATHER, THE LORD JESUS CHRIST HIS SON and Ministered through the HOLY SPIRIT OF GOD, The Helper, that He may be with you forever. [John 14:16]

Subject: MY WORD

1 Chronicles 29:10–13 (NASB95)         David’s Prayer

10So David blessed the Lord in the sight of all the assembly; and David said, “Blessed are You, O Lord God of Israel our father, forever and ever.
11“Yours, O Lord, is the greatness and the power and the glory and the victory and the majesty, indeed everything that is in the heavens and the earth; Yours is the dominion, O Lord, and You exalt Yourself as head over all.
12“Both riches and honor come from You, and You rule over all, and in Your hand is power and might; and it lies in Your hand to make great and to strengthen everyone.
13“Now therefore, our God, we thank You, and praise Your glorious name.

Psalm 19:1–5 (The Living Bible)

1The heavens are telling the glory of God; they are a marvelous display of his craftsmanship. 2Day and night they keep on telling about God. 3-4Without a sound or word, silent in the skies, their message reaches out to all the world. The sun lives in the heavens where God placed it 5and moves out across the skies as radiant as a bridegroom going to his wedding, or as joyous as an athlete looking forward to a race!

Psalm 29:1–3 (Tanakh)          A psalm of David.

1Ascribe to the Lord, O divine beings,
ascribe to the Lord glory and strength.
2Ascribe to the Lord the glory of His name;
bow down to the Lord, majestic in holiness.
3The voice of the Lord is over the waters;
the God of glory thunders,
the Lord, over the mighty waters.

Psalm 72:17–19 (Tanakh)

17May his name be eternal;
while the sun lasts, may his name endure;
let men invoke his blessedness upon themselves;
let all nations count him happy.
18Blessed is the Lord God, God of Israel,
who alone does wondrous things;
19Blessed is His glorious name forever;
His glory fills the whole world.
Amen and Amen.

Psalm 138:1–6 (Tanak)
1I praise You with all my heart,
sing a hymn to You before the divine beings;
2I bow toward Your holy temple
and praise Your name for Your steadfast love and faithfulness,
because You have exalted Your name, Your word,
above all.
3When I called, You answered me,
You inspired me with courage.
4All the kings of the earth shall praise You, O Lord,
for they have heard the words You spoke.
5They shall sing of the ways of the Lord,
Great is the majesty of the Lord!”
6High though the Lord is, He sees the lowly;
lofty, He perceives from afar.

Revelation 14:6–8 (AMP)

6 Then I saw another angel flying in midair, with an eternal Gospel (good news) to tell to the inhabitants of the earth, to every race and tribe and language and people.
7 And he cried with a mighty voice, Revere God and give Him glory (honor and praise in worship), for the hour of His judgment has arrived. Fall down before Him; pay Him homage and adoration and worship Him Who created heaven and earth, the sea and the springs (fountains) of water.

Wait on the Lord

To: ALL WHO HAVE EARS TO HEAR

From; GOD THE FATHER, THE LORD JESUS CHRIST HIS SON and Ministered through the HOLY SPIRIT OF GOD, The Helper, that He may be with you forever. [John 14:16]

Subject: MY WORD

Genesis 49:18 (Tanakh)
18I wait for Your deliverance, O Lord

Psalm 25:3–6 (NASB95)
3Indeed, none of those who wait for You will be ashamed; Those who deal treacherously without cause will be ashamed.
4Make me know Your ways, O Lord; Teach me Your paths.
5Lead me in Your truth and teach me, For You are the God of my salvation; For You I wait all the day.
6Remember, O Lord, Your compassion and Your lovingkindnesses, For they have been from of old.

Psalm 37:7 (AMP)
7 Be still and rest in the Lord; wait for Him and patiently lean yourself upon Him; fret not yourself because of him who prospers in his way, because of the man who brings wicked devices to pass.

Psalm 62:1–2 (The Living Bible)
1I stand silently before the Lord, waiting for him to rescue me. For salvation comes from him alone. 2Yes, he alone is my Rock, my rescuer, defense and fortress. Why then should I be tense with fear when troubles come?

Isaiah 12:2 (The Living Bible)
2See, God has come to save me! I will trust and not be afraid, for the Lord is my strength and song; he is my salvation.

Isaiah 25:9 (NASB95)
9 And it will be said in that day,“Behold, this is our God for whom we have waited that He might save us. This is the Lord for whom we have waited; Let us rejoice and be glad in His salvation.”

Lamentations 3:21–26 (The Living Bible)
21Yet there is one ray of hope: 22his compassion never ends. It is only the Lord’s mercies that have kept us from complete destruction. 23Great is his faithfulness; his loving-kindness begins afresh each day. 24My soul claims the Lord as my inheritance; therefore I will hope in him. 25The Lord is wonderfully good to those who wait for him, to those who seek for him. 26It is good both to hope and wait quietly for the salvation of the Lord.

Psalm 130:3–6 (CJB)
Yah, if you kept a record of sins, who, Adonai, could stand?
But with you there is forgiveness, so that you will be feared.
I wait longingly for Adonai; I put my hope in his word.
Everything in me waits for Adonai more than guards on watch wait for morning, more than guards on watch wait for morning.

God is My Salvation

To: ALL WHO HAVE EARS TO HEAR

From; GOD THE FATHER, THE LORD JESUS CHRIST HIS SON and Ministered through the HOLY SPIRIT OF GOD, The Helper, that He may be with you forever. [John 14:16]

Subject: MY WORD

Habakkuk 3:17–19 (NASB95)
17Though the fig tree should not blossom And there be no fruit on the vines, Though the yield of the olive should fail And the fields produce no food, Though the flock should be cut off from the fold And there be no cattle in the stalls,
18Yet I will exult in the Lord, I will rejoice in the God of my salvation.
19The Lord God is my strength, And He has made my feet like hinds’ feet,
And makes me walk on my high places. For the choir director, on my stringed instruments.

Psalm 34:4–9 (NASB95)
4I sought the Lord, and He answered me, And delivered me from all my fears.
5They looked to Him and were radiant, And their faces will never be ashamed.
6This poor man cried, and the Lord heard him And saved him out of all his troubles.
7The angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear Him, And rescues them.
8O taste and see that the Lord is good; How blessed is the man who takes refuge in Him!
9O fear the Lord, you His saints; For to those who fear Him there is no want.

Psalm 55:16–18 (The Living Bible)
16But I will call upon the Lord to save me—and he will. 17I will pray morning, noon, and night, pleading aloud with God; and he will hear and answer. 18Though the tide of battle runs strongly against me, for so many are fighting me, yet he will rescue me.

Psalm 142:5–7 (NASB95)
5I cried out to You, O Lord; I said, “You are my refuge, My portion in the land of the living.
6“Give heed to my cry, For I am brought very low; Deliver me from my persecutors, For they are too strong for me.
7“Bring my soul out of prison, So that I may give thanks to Your name; The righteous will surround me, For You will deal bountifully with me.”

Isaiah 45:22 (CJB)
22 Look to me, and be saved, all the ends of the earth! For I am God; there is no other.

Isaiah 12:2–4 (NASB95)
2“Behold, God is my salvation, I will trust and not be afraid; For the Lord God is my strength and song, And He has become my salvation.”
3Therefore you will joyously draw water from the springs of salvation.
4And in that day you will say, “Give thanks to the Lord, call on His name. Make known His deeds among the peoples; Make them remember that His name is exalted.”

Chosen by God

Subject: MY WORD

1 Peter 2:1–10 (The Living Bible)

So get rid of your feelings of hatred. Don’t just pretend to be good! Be done with dishonesty and jealousy and talking about others behind their backs. 2-3 Now that you realize how kind the Lord has been to you, put away all evil, deception, envy, and fraud. Long to grow up into the fullness of your salvation; cry for this as a baby cries for his milk.
4Come to Christ, who is the living Foundation of Rock upon which God builds; though men have spurned him, he is very precious to God who has chosen him above all others.
5And now you have become living building-stones for God’s use in building his house. What’s more, you are his holy priests; so come to him—you who are acceptable to him because of Jesus Christ—and offer to God those things that please him. 6As the Scriptures express it, “See, I am sending Christ to be the carefully chosen, precious Cornerstone of my church, and I will never disappoint those who trust in him.”

Exodus 19:5–6 (The Living Bible)
5Now if you will obey me and keep your part of my contract with you, you shall be my own little flock from among all the nations of the earth; for all the earth is mine. 6And you shall be a kingdom of priests to God, a holy nation.’ ”

7Yes, he is very precious to you who believe; and to those who reject him, well—“The same Stone that was rejected by the builders has become the Cornerstone, the most honored and important part of the building.” 8And the Scriptures also say, “He is the Stone that some will stumble over, and the Rock that will make them fall.” They will stumble because they will not listen to God’s Word nor obey it, and so this punishment must follow—that they will fall.
9But you are not like that, for you have been chosen by God himself—you are priests of the King, you are holy and pure, you are God’s very own—all this so that you may show to others how God called you out of the darkness into his wonderful light. 10Once you were less than nothing; now you are God’s own. Once you knew very little of God’s kindness; now your very lives have been changed by it.

Revelation 5:9–10 (The Living Bible)
9They were singing him a new song with these words: “You are worthy to take the scroll and break its seals and open it; for you were slain, and your blood has bought people from every nation as gifts for God. 10And you have gathered them into a kingdom and made them priests of our God; they shall reign upon the earth.”

Isaiah 61:6 (The Living Bible)
6You shall be called priests of the Lord, ministers of our God. You shall be fed with the treasures of the nations and shall glory in their riches.

Listen Carefully to the Truth

To: ALL WHO HAVE EARS TO HEAR

From; GOD THE FATHER, THE LORD JESUS CHRIST HIS SON and Ministered through the HOLY SPIRIT OF GOD, The Helper, that He may be with you forever. [John 14:16]

Subject: MY WORD

Hebrews 1:13–2:13 (The Living Bible)

13And did God ever say to an angel, as he does to his Son, “Sit here beside me in honor until I crush all your enemies beneath your feet”?
14No, for the angels are only spirit-messengers sent out to help and care for those who are to receive his salvation.

2   So we must listen very carefully to the truths we have heard, or we may drift away from them. 2For since the messages from angels have always proved true and people have always been punished for disobeying them, 3what makes us think that we can escape if we are indifferent to this great salvation announced by the Lord Jesus himself and passed on to us by those who heard him speak?
4God always has shown us that these messages are true by signs and wonders and various miracles and by giving certain special abilities from the Holy Spirit to those who believe; yes, God has assigned such gifts to each of us.
5And the future world we are talking about will not be controlled by angels. 6No, for in the book of Psalms David says to God, “What is mere man that you are so concerned about him? And who is this Son of Man you honor so highly? 7For though you made him lower than the angels for a little while, now you have crowned him with glory and honor. 8And you have put him in complete charge of everything there is. Nothing is left out.”
We have not yet seen all of this take place, 9but we do see Jesus—who for a while was a little lower than the angels—crowned now by God with glory and honor because he suffered death for us. Yes, because of God’s great kindness, Jesus tasted death for everyone in all the world.
10And it was right and proper that God, who made everything for his own glory, should allow Jesus to suffer, for in doing this he was bringing vast multitudes of God’s people to heaven; for his suffering made Jesus a perfect Leader, one fit to bring them into their salvation.
11We who have been made holy by Jesus, now have the same Father he has. That is why Jesus is not ashamed to call us his brothers. 12For he says in the book of Psalms, “I will talk to my brothers about God my Father, and together we will sing his praises.”

Psalm 22:22 (The Living Bible)
22I will praise you to all my brothers; I will stand up before the congregation and testify of the wonderful things you have done.

13At another time he said, “I will put my trust in God along with my brothers.”

Isaiah 8:17 (Tanakh)
17So I will wait for the Lord, who is hiding His face from the House of Jacob, and I will trust in Him.

And at still another time, “See, here am I and the children God gave me.”

Isaiah 8:18 (Tanakh)
18Here stand I and the children the Lord has given me as signs and portents in Israel from the Lord of Hosts, who dwells on Mount Zion.

To Those Who Fear, Honor, Reverence and Obey

To: ALL WHO HAVE EARS TO HEAR

From; GOD THE FATHER, THE LORD JESUS CHRIST HIS SON and Ministered through the HOLY SPIRIT OF GOD, The Helper, that He may be with you forever. [John 14:16]

Subject: MY WORD

Psalm 103: 1–22 (The Living Bible)

I bless the holy name of God with all my heart. 2Yes, I will bless the Lord and not forget the glorious things he does for me.
3He forgives all my sins. He heals me. 4He ransoms me from hell. He surrounds me with loving-kindness and tender mercies. 5He fills my life with good things! My youth is renewed like the eagle’s! 6He gives justice to all who are treated unfairly. 7He revealed his will and nature to Moses and the people of Israel.
8He is merciful and tender toward those who don’t deserve it; he is slow to get angry and full of kindness and love. 9He never bears a grudge, nor remains angry forever. 10He has not punished us as we deserve for all our sins, 11for his mercy toward those who fear and honor him is as great as the height of the heavens above the earth. 12He has removed our sins as far away from us as the east is from the west. 13He is like a father to us, tender and sympathetic to those who reverence him. 14For he knows we are but dust 15and that our days are few and brief, like grass, like flowers, 16blown by the wind and gone forever.
17-18But the loving-kindness of the Lord is from everlasting to everlasting to those who reverence him; his salvation is to children’s children of those who are faithful to his covenant and remember to obey him!
19The Lord has made the heavens his throne; from there he rules over everything there is. 20Bless the Lord, you mighty angels of his who carry out his orders, listening for each of his commands. 21Yes, bless the Lord, you armies of his angels who serve him constantly.
22Let everything everywhere bless the Lord. And how I bless him too!
